Ghost Hawk is a collaboration with Parish Brewing Co. from Broussard, Louisiana. The artwork was done by Will Ralston out of Sarasota, Florida. This IPA is a combination of their Ghost In The Machine and our own heavily oated recipe. Coming in at 8.2%, this Hazy Double IPA is double dry-hopped with Citra, Motueka, Sabro Incognito, and Vic Secret hops. Just like Ghost and Skelehawk before it, it is brewed with large amounts of Citra hops and has a big grapefruit and orange aroma. The flavor is very juicy with a hint of hop bitterness. It has a creamy mouthfeel with tropical undertones and is very crushable for its ABV.
