For all these reasons, the ripening of the grapes had been a significant advance so that the collection, contrary to our habits was made in mid-September. The grapes that we collected were wonderful, undamaged and healthy, which produced an intense wine. In this collection, we experience a wine that is:- 'Complex' in the composition- 'Persistent' because it was generated without the use of forced stabilizzationi- 'Intense' for color, given the long maceration on the skins and slightly oxidized due to the lack of added sulfites.
