As far as Amari are concerned, this is one of the sweeter and leas herbal ones I have tasted. An excellent substitute for sweet vermouth ("rosso") in a Negroni... it can be a substitute for Campari if you like a sweeter Negroni (I do like the Campari punch). Don't be afraid of the artichoke on the label!
