Angelin from Angelo Negro is a red Langhe made from 100% Nebbiolo grapes, grown on the hills of Langhe and Roero, 250-340 m above sea level. The harvest is done manually in baskets of 20 kg each. The vinification is done according to the classic method in steel tanks with fermentation for 15-18 days. Then 12 months storage, 80% in steel tank and 20% in large oak barrels.
