Frozen Strawberry Mojito
Rum
Ingredients
- 1/2 c. fresh lime juice (about 4 to 6 limes)
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1/3 c. fresh mint leaves, plus more for garnish
- 1/2 c. light rum
- 5 c. frozen strawberries
- Paper umbrellas, for garnish
- Lime rounds, for garnish
Instructions
Divide lime juice, honey, and mint evenly between 4 glasses. Use the back of a wooden spoon to muddle mint with honey and lime juice. Into a blender, combine strawberries and rum and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses, stir slightly, and garnish with umbrella and lime round. Serve.
