A fresh twist on a beloved gimlet cocktail, the Cool as a Cucumber brings tart herbal flavors into the spotlight.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Empress Gin
- 1oz Lemon Juice
- 1oz Simple Syrup
- 5 Cucumber Slices
- 6 Basil Leaves
Instructions
- Muddle the cucumber slices at the bottom of your shaker
- Add the remaining ingredients
- Shake on ice
- Strain into a chilled rocks glass
- Garnish with a basil leaf and cucumber ribbon
